Cocktails with Arpël22:

Arpël22 is an excellent base for a variety of cocktails. Here are some inspiring combinations that showcase the unique taste of this apple aperitif:

Sparkling

Arpëlito

  • 5 cl Arpël22
  • 10 cl tonic water
  • 1 splash of malic acid*
  • Ice cubes, apple slices

Pour ice and Arpël22 into a glass, top up with tonic and malic acid, stir and garnish.

*alternatively 1 cl lime juice

Sweet

Apple aperitif

  • 5 cl Arpël22
  • 10 cl white wine (dry)
  • 1 cl elderflower syrup
  • Ice cubes

Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass with ice and stir gently.

Fresh

With crémant

  • 3 cl Arpël22
  • 10 cl crémant
  • 1 squeeze of lime juice
  • Slice of lime

Pour Arpël22 and lime juice into a champagne glass, top up with Crémant and garnish with lime.

Liquid apple strudel

  • 5cl Arpël 22
  • 5cl apple juice
  • 2cl vanilla syrup
  • 5cl milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and garnish with a little cinnamon in the glass.

Provence flair

  • 6cl Arpël22
  • 3cl sweet & sour (2cl lemons – 1cl sugar)
  • 8-10 cl Crémant

With rhum

  • 2 parts old dark rum
  • 1 part Arpël22
  • 1 part Franzbrötchen liqueur (cinnamon liqueur)
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

With tequila

  • 4.5 cl Arpël22
  • 3cl tequila
  • 2cl triple sec
  • 2cl lime juice
  • 1 dash of sugar

Creamy

Masterclass winner

  • 6cl Arpël22
  • 2.5 Lemon juice
  • 2.5cl sugar syrup (rich)
  • 1 Barspoon soy sauce

Shake well and serve filtered
